The NIS-2 government draft of July 22, 2024, is currently being coordinated and has not yet been adopted. The NIS-2 implementation law was originally supposed to come into force in October 2024. It is now planned to come into force in March 2025.

However, we would like to provide you with the best possible support during the ongoing legislative process.

Find out whether your company or your customers are affected according to §28 of the NIS-2 legislation, are operators of a critical facility, belong to the particularly important facilities or important facilities. The NIS-2 Assistant guides you step by step through the relevant criteria.

The comprehensible and practical texts are aimed at directors, managers, IT managers, consultants and anyone who is responsible for implementing the NIS 2 legislation.

In addition to clarifying the extent to which a company is affected, its individual obligations and possible fines, there are other companies that are indirectly affected by the regulation:

• If you are a manufacturer of products used in critical facilities or in NIS-2 regulated companies: NIS-2 obligations of these companies are inherited by suppliers and subcontractors. Among other things, certifications and declarations of conformity are required. Check whether your customers are affected by the regulation and what you will have to do;

• The same applies to IT service providers whose customers are affected by the NIS-2 legislation: NIS-2 obligations will be passed on to service providers. Among other things, certifications and declarations of conformity are required;

• Companies within the supply chains of companies affected by the NIS-2 regulation automatically inherit the measures of the affected company;
